Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to purchases made through Serostiretail.com and is provided by Serosti Import and Export, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1) Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and included accessories (if applicable)
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Certain items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
2) Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:
Final sale / clearance items
Gift cards
Items damaged due to misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear
Opened consumable goods (including household consumables, personal care, or health items) unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Items missing parts not due to our error
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

4) How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions. Do not send items back without authorization, as it may delay processing.
5) Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged/defective on arrival), we will cover return shipping when verified.
For all other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping fees are non-refundable.
6) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days after inspection (your bank may take additional time to post the refund)
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items returned used, damaged, missing packaging, or missing components not due to our error.

We can offer exchanges when available. If you need a different item, size, or variation:
